Are you mechanically inclined and eager to learn a valuable trade? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Appliance Repair Apprentice. In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians and receive structured on-the-job training to become skilled in diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of household appliances. No prior appliance repair experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead technicians with diagnosing and repairing appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more
• Learn how to disassemble and reassemble various appliance types safely and efficiently
• Support the team in maintaining tools, vehicles, and work areas
• Shadow technicians to understand proper repair techniques and customer interaction best practices
• Attend training sessions and complete assigned coursework as part of your technical development
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers, maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and uphold our values in every job

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Lake Charles, LA 70601 prior to starting work
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in various environments
