Director of Operations

Excel Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with a growing non-medical home care agency who is committed to helping seniors and adults maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home.  This growing non-medical home care agency is seeking a Director of Operation's to help lead the startup into a trusted successful, and sustainable agency.  

Position Overview:  The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations, compliance, staffing, and growth of the agency.  This role is ideal for a highly motivated, organized, and compassionate leader who has experience in home care, healthcare, and operations management.  The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building strong client relationships, developing our care team, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:  Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring smooth service delivery.  Recruit, hire, train and supervise caregivers and office staff.  Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing non-medical homecare.  Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards.  Manage client intake, care planning, and service quality monitoring.  Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.  Drive growth through business development, networking, and community outreach.  Report directly to the CEO/Owner with updates on operations, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (master's Preferred).  3+ years of leadership and operations experience in homecare, healthcare or related field.  Knowledge of state regulations for non-medical home care.  Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  Ability to work independently in a startup environment.  Passion for serving seniors and families with compassion and integrity.
