Marketing Coordinator

Ely Enterprises is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. REQUIREMENTS:

•         Design, update, and maintain the company website.
•          Create and manage sales marketing campaigns.
•          Conduct keyword research and implement strategies for SEO and Google Ads.
•          Capture and organize photos, videos, and equipment information for our used equipment listings.
•          Organizing our inventory folders and update accordingly.
•          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•        Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. 
•         Proficiency in MS Office Suite of Software Products.
• Experienced with WordPress from a website standpoint to update.
• Experienced with Constant Contact, Mailchimp etc., creating and designing broadcasts.
• Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive) practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Bolster brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics of our industry is highly recommended.
• Design and order updated Marketing Collateral: Ex: line cards, customer appreciation gifts, company apparel and gifts.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time is required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Not afraid to pick up the phone and visit a prospective customer to obtain pictures and/or video of equipment.
• Active listening - identifying and understanding the customers' needs so you can provide solutions.
• Coordinating marketing programs

EDUCATION AND SKILLS:

The successful candidate will combine a bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of five (5) years (preferred, not required) of marketing experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
