This crucial role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence:
  • Warmly greeting clients and their pets.
  • Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Providing information about our services, pricing, and policies.
  • Addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Educating clients on retail products and services to promote sales.
• Appointment Management:
  • Scheduling daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments.
  • Managing appointment calendars and optimizing scheduling.
  • Confirming appointments and managing cancellations or reschedules.
• Facility Operations:
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures for daycare, boarding, and grooming.
  • Providing tours of our facility to prospective clients, showcasing our amenities and safety protocols.
  • Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Sales and Inventory:
  • Processing retail sales and handling transactions accurately.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with inventory management.
  • Promoting retail products and upselling services to clients.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus!
• Dog Care Assistance:
  • Willingness to assist dog handlers with dog care tasks as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of our canine guests.
• Financial Management:
  • Balancing charges and cash intake accurately.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and top-tier customer service skills are a MUST!
• Confidence and comfort level with dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.   
• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
