What You’ll Do
This is a customer service position—no towing experience required. We’ll train you!
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing help. Your job is to:
- Answer incoming calls and ask a set of simple, guided questions
- Dispatch towing services quickly and accurately
- Provide updates on service status and estimated arrival times
- Coordinate with drivers and keep customers informed
- Handle billing, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Calm, patient, and professional under pressure
- Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience is a plus)
