Job Title: Caregiver 

Location: Whiteland, IN, and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay: $13-$16 per hour 

Job Summary:  

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated in-home caregivers to provide high-quality care and companionship for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Whiteland, IN, and surrounding areas. As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide mobility assistance (e.g., helping with walking or transferring from bed to chair)

- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences

- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning

- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients

- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to family members or healthcare providers

- Accompany clients to medical appointments or run errands as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field is preferred

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Ability to pass a background check 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility
