Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, slicing, and prepping ingredients
- Learn sushi preparation techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, following health and safety guidelines
- Help with inventory management and ensure that kitchen supplies are stocked
Qualifications:
- Basic kitchen experience or a passion for cooking
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness
