Accountant w/ Appfolio experience (part-time)

Visions Staffing is seeking an Accountant with strong AppFolio experience and a proven accounting background to join a great team in Garden Grove. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Utilize AppFolio to audit accounts and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with management to deliver timely and accurate financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Strong, hands-on experience with AppFolio (required).
• Solid background in accounting and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to audit accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

Shift: This is a part time hybrid position.
