Essence Restaurant Group creates extraordinary dining experiences with our family of concept restaurants (The Green Well, grove, and Lucy's ) known for exceptional service, knowledgeable associates, creative cuisine and superior beverage.

The successful applicant will have previous experience or willingness to learn:

• Managing a busy kitchen
• Menu embellishment
• Ordering and inventory
• Workable knowledge of food cost and menu engineering

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
