Job Summary: The CNC Machine Operator - Schechtl is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Schechtl CNC folding and bending machines to produce precise sheet metal components with accuracy and efficiency. Core Responsibilities:

1. Machine Setup: Configure the Schechtl machine by installing the correct bending tools and setting parameters, such as bending angles and material thickness, according to project requirements.
2. Programming and Operation: Load and adjust CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and blueprints to ensure each bend and fold meets precise specifications.
3. Material Handling: Safely load and secure sheet metal, making necessary adjustments to ensure accurate alignment, minimal waste, and effective use of material.
4. Quality Control: Perform quality checks during and after bending to ensure that tolerances and specifications are met. Apply creativity to problem-solving and innovation to improve processes.
5. Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting the machine, to prevent downtime and maintain optimal performance.
