Inside Sales Associate

Summary :

The Inside Sales Associate is expected to identify prospective customers, develop leads, and

manage the day to day relationships with current customers to achieve the sales goals and

objectives set forth by management.

Duties and Responsibilities :

•  Contact assigned customers daily to generate revenue.
•  Work with marketing to develop materials needed to increase sales.
•  Develop list of key accounts to maximize ROI
•  Analyze and consult with customers to understand their needs, identify and suggest

products that will meet those needs.

•  Utilize reporting to create efficient contact management, planning, follow-up and

follow-through with all customers.

•  Conduct daily cold calling to log and track a minimum of 25-35 calls.
•  Responsible for meeting or exceeding established sales goals.

Qualifications :

•  Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
•  Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
•  HS diploma /GED equivalent.
•  Able to work full-time.

Compensation :

•  $22.00 - $25.00 per hour + commission
