🍔 Shift Leader – Georgie Porgie’s (Oak Creek, WI)

Pay: $15–$16 per hour (based on experience)

Type: Full-time or Part-time

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and friendly restaurant environment? Georgie Porgie’s Treefort Restaurants is looking for a Shift Leader to help lead our Oak Creek team and keep the smiles going all shift long!

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be at the heart of it all—helping run shifts smoothly while keeping our guests and team happy. You’ll:

● Supervise and support the team during your shift

● Delegate tasks to keep operations running smoothly

● Hold team members accountable and handle performance issues when needed

● Ensure excellent guest experiences every time

● Maintain cleanliness and uphold sanitation standards throughout the restaurant

● Monitor labor and adjust staffing as needed

● Handle cash control responsibilities (register counts, safe drops, etc.)

● Jump in wherever needed—front counter, kitchen, or dining room—to keep things flowing

What We’re Looking For:

● Prior restaurant or customer service leadership experience preferred

● Strong communication and people skills

● A positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay cool under pressure

● Dependable and organized with great attention to detail

● Someone who leads by example and motivates others
