Ice Cream Production Associate- Full Time

At Graham’s Fine Chocolates and Ice Cream, we’ve been delighting our customers with handmade, high-quality confections and ice cream since 1987. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ice Cream Production Associate to join our production team. No experience is necessary, as we provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on in the ice cream-making process, assisting with preparing mixes, operating ice cream machines, creating flavors, and packaging finished products. You’ll play an important part in ensuring every batch meets our high standards for quality, consistency, and taste. If you enjoy working with food, take pride in craftsmanship, and love making treats that bring smiles to customers’ faces, this is a great opportunity to learn the art of small-batch ice cream production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain the Ice Cream machines to ensure smooth and consistent ice cream production.

- Collaborate with the Ice Cream Team to produce high-quality products.

- Ensure all items meet our quality standards before packaging.

- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to support the production process.

- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards.

- Manage ingredient and finished product inventory

- Ability to lift 50lbs consistently

What We’re Looking For:

- Ability to work Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)

- Attention to detail and a passion for producing quality products.

- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food production setting is a plus, but not required.

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
