Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager or shift lead to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing the budget and financial performance of the company, and developing and implementing strategies for growth and success. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:

Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relations

Oversee the budget and financial performance of the company, including setting goals and monitoring results

Develop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes

Qualifications:

Experience in a manager role preferred but not required

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
