FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVER

GENERAL PURPOSE:

ALL positions at Strikes Unlimited require “Best-in-Class†hospitality for our guests by making them feel welcome and engaging with them, as well as working with fellow team members to exceed the expectations of our guests.  To be part of our team that provides excellence in customer service, the following is a summary of what is also required of this position as a Food and Beverage staff member.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to the following, and any other duties that may be needed or assigned.

BAR BACK

• Keep all bars and storage areas clean and stocked by demonstrating outstanding energy, urgency and attention to detail

LANE HOST / SERVER / BUSSER

• We call our servers Lane Hosts because they host our Guests in the lane areas.
• Have knowledge of the menu and the ability to serve with outstanding attention to detail
• 1+ years of serving experience strongly preferred, not required
• Keep bays and service areas cleared off and clean by demonstrating outstanding attention to detail

DRINK/FOOD RUNNER/BUSSER

• Deliver cold, freshly poured drinks to Guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency
• Deliver hot, freshly prepared food to Guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency
• Keep bays and service areas cleared off and clean by demonstrating outstanding attention to detail

GUEST / BOWLING SERVICES

• Assist them in enjoying the fun and excitement of their experience at Strikes Unlimited
• Setup and assistance with our BES X Scoring System so Guests are quickly able to begin their games

• Ability to work on a team

• Ability to work in extreme conditions for extended periods of time
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stoop and bend
• Must be 18 years of age or above

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS

• Current and valid Food Handlers Card
• Current and valid Alcoholic Beverage Control Certification.
