Nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be detailed and team oriented with the ability to work well with others. Must be open to change and our way of doing things. Our company offers tremendous growth opportunities.  Experience is required. Must have a strong foundation in making drinks properly using jiggers. We measure everything for consistency and cost control. Must also have some food knowledge this is a restaurant not just a bar. Punctuality and cleanliness is mandatory.
