Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of Citizen House. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of hospitality, and is committed to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and hotel suites
• Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring a high standard of presentation
• Restock guest amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and in-room items
• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Support light maintenance and handyman tasks when necessary
• Collaborate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and service
