Retail Shift Lead and Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:

Supervising and assisting retail associates in customer service and store maintenance

Maintain accurate and visible signage for customers
-
Encourage retail staff to provide world class customer service
-
Work with customers to answer questions and find plants
-
Help customers pack items and carry to their vehicle
-
Contribute positively to the work environment
-
Take initiative to learn about plants and product
-
Becoming proficient and familiar with our POS (register) system
-
Watering, creating plant arrangements, and merchandising displays
-
Answering phones and returning messages
-
Help to maintain a clean and organized greenhouse
-
Create and film content as part of social media campaigns
Design engaging social media posts
-
Other duties as assigned
Work with Management Staff on the following:
-
Maintaining inventory levels of houseplants and hard goods
-
Supporting weekly sales goals
-
Assist in store promotion and weekly sales
Assist with design and implementation of social media calendar
Requirements:
-
Age 18+
-
Must be a self-starter
-
Positive attitude
-
Customer service in a retail setting
-
Team player – communicative, enthusiastic, and helpful
-
Plant/Garden Knowledge – a plus! We are willing to teach and train if you are willing to learn.

Ability to lift 30lbs

Ability to remain active for your shift
We are very flexible with hours and are looking for people who are able to start March 2nd. Full-time and part-time positions available, from one day a week up to seven! Weekend availability is preferred.
Compensation:
Pay: Starting at $14.00 hourly – increase depending on experience
