POSITION SUMMARY: An Ambassador’s key responsibility is to safely and politely greet and direct guests into their desired venue of choice. The Ambassador will be the guest’s first visual and physical point of contact as they approach the exterior of the property. The Ambassador will direct customers to the venue(s). Driving customers to Venue Rooftops. It is the Ambassador’s responsibility to correctly answer any venue-related questions that the guest may have regarding store hours of operation, entertainment schedule, seating options, or general information.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Provide a friendly, personal demeanor with a willingness to interact. Eye contact, a smile and an approachable demeanor are required at all times.

- Answer general questions for guests regarding all TCRG properties.

- Attracting customers, networking, and promoting event happenings at TCRG properties.

- Provide accurate and relevant information regarding venue information.

- Maintain a good rapport with the management team of all locations

- Maintain professionalism at the workplace and with co-workers and patrons

- Maintain a consistent and high level of energy

- Be aware of all daily venue related events and or special hours of operation

- Keep a proper and professional appearance and attitude

- Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff

- Inform management of any complaint, comments, or incident

- Appear in dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

WORKING KNOWLEDGE /EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

- Must have strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times, while maintaining composure and staying focused

- Ability to maintain personal integrity.

- Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various tasks at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions

- Work will include indoor and/or outdoor areas. Must have the ability to withstand high and low temperatures

- Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy etc.

- Tasks are performed from a non-sitting and sitting position.

- Must be able to push and lift to 50 lbs.

- Constant contact with guests and fellow Team Members is required.

- Schedule could exceed 30 hours per week and may include overtime when approved by management

- Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to be exposed to day life/nightlife environmental factors including but not limited to second-hand smoke, excessive noise, flashing/strobe lights, and stress levels related to interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment.
