Automotive Inventory Clerk
Position Summary:
The Automotive Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records and supporting dealership operations related to purchasing, dealer trades, and inventory reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Purchase and process all incoming vehicle inventory.
· Process and coordinate all dealer trades.
· Reconcile the RDR (Retail Delivery Report) list on a monthly basis.
· Respond to and resolve vehicle citation tickets.
· Process all cancellations related to vehicle inventory and contracts.
· Monitor and follow up on all arbitration cases.
· Conduct and reconcile monthly physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
· Automotive dealership experience preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
