Job Summary
Krystal Klean is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and positive person to join our growing cleaning company. As a Residential and Commercial Cleaner, you will have the opportunity to ensure that our clients’ spaces are spotless and well-maintained. We are seeking individuals who are ambitious and have a desire to help grow Krystal Klean in a positive direction. This role will follow the guidance of your Team Lead, who will provide your training and re-education as you grow.
Job Responsibilities
Greet your team daily.
Greet any customers who are home with a positive and professional attitude.
Must be able to communicate with co-workers in a professional and nurturing manner.
Must report to each assigned job on time.
Must maintain equipment and supplies.
Must have effective communication with Manager, team members and customers.
Must wear Krystal Klean uniform to every job.
Must follow all written and verbal instructions/ protocols for residential and commercial cleanings.
Must be flexible with time/ hours.
Must collect payments as applicable.
Must keep business and customer information confidential
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have own reliable transportation.
Must have working cell phone with active service.
Must be able to work in a professional manner.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.
Must be able to navigate and travel in the Delaware County area with occasional jobs in neighboring counties (Chester County, Montgomery County etc.)
Must be able to life 30lbs, bend, stand walk and squat.
Must be comfortable to work around pets (cats, dogs, birds etc.)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must qualify to be fingerprinted and pass child abuse clearance when working in certain circumstances such as schools, banks, etc.
