Expeditor Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from servers to the kitchen
- Ensuring orders are being prepared with correct priority
- Assisting in the final preparations of dishes
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Deliver completed orders to the tables in a fast and efficient manner
-Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff
