Sous Chef
Ripple & Company is looking for the Sous Chef position on the main floor. Looking for energetic, positive, team-oriented candidates to join us in our unique downtown location. Great opportunity to join a positive work atmosphere with great money-making potential.
Requirements:
Knowledge of kitchen management skills with prior Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience.
Team-oriented and great leadership skills.
Able to resolve conflicts in a quick and efficient manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking skills, and correct sanitation methods.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and train new staff.
- Assist the Executive Chef with planning and progressing the menu.
- Provide to support to all kitchen staff positions.
- Manage the kitchen when the Executive Chef is absent.
- Adhere to and monitor safety and sanitary regulations.
- Assist in product orders and Inventory.
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling.
