Position Summary

CMI-HR Facility Solutions is currently hiring a Part-Time Warehouse General Labor Associate for a steady evening position in Columbus, OH.

The selected candidate will support warehouse operations by picking and packing orders, scanning barcodes, following inventory procedures, retrieving boxes from racks, and working at a station to digitize and enter product or inventory information.

This position requires a reliable, detail-oriented, English/Spanish bilingual candidate who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow instructions accurately.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Scan barcodes and follow inventory control procedures.
• Walk throughout the warehouse/building as needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Retrieve boxes and materials from warehouse racks.
• Use a ladder to access boxes stored on racks up to 6 feet high.
• Work at a station to digitize, scan, or enter product/inventory information.
• Maintain accuracy when handling inventory, products, and order details.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with general labor warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Stay later when needed until daily tasks or orders are completed.

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
• Experience using RF scanners required
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using an RF scanner
• Verify item quantities, serial numbers, and product conditions
• Prepare shipments for carrier pickup
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards 
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse tasks 
• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized 
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
