Mid-Level Configuration Manager

General Job Description: Supports configuration management, release coordination, baseline control, and operational governance activities across development and production environments. Maintains configuration documentation and supports deployment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure DevOps administration experience in enterprise environment.
• Experience with the theory of Continuous Integration and automation tools.
• Maintains the inventory of all custom applications.
• Manage and maintain test, stage and production environments installs and maintain the baseline.
• Creates and maintains the documentation of established interfaces between functional systems and applications.
• Deploy, manage, and maintain production environments for all of NTSB’s applications and maintains the baseline.
• Participates in the monthly maintenance. 

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 5+ years
• Bachelors Degree (BS or BS)
• Recommended Certifications: ITIL preferred; Azure DevOps familiarity preferred.
• Relevant federal IT experience, technical capability, and operational support experience aligned to assigned labor category.
