Assistant General Manager Closing Shift
We are excited and looking to hire an Assistant General Manager to oversee all operations for our Crumbl Concord location! We are open from 8am - 10pm on Monday - Thursday, and 8am - Midnight on Friday and Saturday. We need someone who can work opening shift and occasionally mid-day shifts.
If you have excellent organizational and team management skills with experience working in a fast-paced environment in the food industry, we' d like to meet you!
Requirements:
- 1 year management experience in bakery, food service, or other related industry
- CA Food Handlers Permit required, ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Must be punctual and a track record of solid attendance
Responsibilities:
- Delegate duties as needed and keep employees on-task
- Act as representative of management team
- Encourage and enforce compliance with company policy
- Monitor metrics for store and work towards hitting corporate benchmarks and standards
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Be available to assist with special events, catering, or marketing activities
