• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve machine efficiency and production processes.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines to meet production requirements efficiently and effectively.

• Emphasize collaboration and shared responsibility to maintain seamless workflows and optimize team performance.

• Take full ownership of assigned tasks, from setup to final inspection, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Perform routine maintenance, document machine settings, and address challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operations is preferred.

• Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication, bending techniques, and CNC programming.
• On-the-job training provided.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust to changing priorities.
• Willing to learn. 
• Must be teachable.

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Able to work 12-hours shifts.
