As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records across our group of companies. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of core accounting processes and help improve financial operations that support meaningful community work.

What You'll Do:
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities with a high level of accuracy and integrity
- Oversee accounts receivable and cash forecasting for the group of companies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Collaborate across teams to identify better ways to streamline processes and solve problems
- Support internal and external audits with clear, honest communication
- Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment where collaboration and growth are encouraged
What will you bring?
- CPA designation (or in final stages of completion)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in audit (public or internal) would be considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to identify issues and suggest improvements
- A team player who values clear communication, mutual respect, and shared success
