Reporting to the surface service supervisor, the surface service pumping laborer will ensure that the pumps are operating properly and perform regular inspections. Based at the Windfall and Barry site in the Nord-du-Québec region, the worker will be required to work a schedule of 15 days on followed by 13 days off. Transportation, accommodation, and meals are provided.
Duties and responsibilities
•Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental policies and rules at all times;
•Ensure the proper functioning of pumps and perform regular inspections;
•Quickly diagnose and resolve technical failures;
•Perform preventive maintenance on pumps to ensure equipment efficiency;
•Optimize the performance of pumping equipment;
•Keep accurate records of operations and interventions;
•Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations;
•Ensure the safety of common areas on site (such as lighting);

Qualifications
•Hold a technical diploma in mechanics or a similar field.
•Have previous experience in pumping system management.
