Job Summary

In this role, you’re creating genuine moments of connection with our customers and making a difference to their day, through creating handcrafted delicious beverages and building relationships with our customers (getting to know their favorite drink), and with your fellow team members in store.

Barista Will:

• Supporting with store procedures including, opening or closing the shop, food safety and work safety and security
• Supporting your fellow team members during periods of high volume to keep the store operating
• Anticipating and delivering on your customer and store needs by getting to know your store environment and customers
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and Brand Standards
• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates along with to-go materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace for your customers and partners
• Providing quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years experience in café'
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Consistent positive attitude, spirit of teamwork, and ability to provide outstanding customer service to members and to fellow team members is required.

Job Overview and Requirements:

• Job Hours: Part-Time, Weekends, and Evenings
• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required Experience: 2+ years experience in café'
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
