In-Home Sales Closer – HVAC | 100% Commission | GTA Region About the Role

We are looking for elite in-home closers who know how to turn warm, pre-qualified homeowner appointments into signed contracts — on the first visit. Our sales team handles all lead generation and appointment setting, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: presenting, overcoming objections, and closing.

• Attend pre-set, in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners within your region

• Average 3–4 booked appointments per day, scheduled between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals on the first visit

• Clearly communicate product options, pricing, available incentives, and financing

• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism

• Submit signed agreements and required documentation for processing

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience (in-home closing strongly preferred)

• Background in related industries — solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement — also considered

• Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills

• Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment

• Experience with CRM platforms or digital contract tools is an asset

This is a 100% commission role with no earnings cap and unlimited income potential.

• 10% commission on net sale value per closed deal
