OUR TEAM
Camp Ridley offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, student‑focused, and fast‑paced environment. This posting is for an existing full‑time, year round, permanent vacancy within Ridley College’s summer programmes team.
· Lead the planning and delivery of Camp Ridley boarding programmes.
· Supervise, support, and schedule seasonal Boarding Life staff.
· Oversee daily boarding operations, including arrivals, departures, room assignments, and excursions.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for campers, families, agents, and internal partners.
· Ensure accurate administration of camper records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
· Support camper wellbeing and manage escalated conduct or safety concerns.
· Contribute to post‑season review and planning for future summer programmes.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Post‑secondary degree in a relevant field.
· 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a camp, boarding, or residential student environment.
· Experience working with international students.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Knowledge of health, safety, and child protection practices.
· CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
· Experience with camp or student information systems an asset (CampBrain preferred).

ANNUAL SALARY $53,000 - $60,000
