Regional Director of Clinical Services

Vitality Healthcare Managment has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director of Clinical Services.  The successful candidate serves as a partner to community leadership, offering expert consultation and support in alignment with established responsibilities and organizational goals. • This position will travel via car to the locations 50% of the time.

• Tactful and professional communication style (both verbally and in writing) with all internal and external customers.

• Must be dependable, cooperative, organized, and be able to work independently.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

• Must be able to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day.

• Complies with all CMS, CDC, state, local, and federal laws

 Education and Experience:

• RN licensure in the state of MN

• BA/BS in related field or 5 years of similar experience

• 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience and/or experience with supporting multiple facilities
