Kitchen Lead
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Lead to help oversee daily kitchen operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the flow of service, the ability to lead by example, and the confidence to step into any station as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule Requirements:

Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with inventory management and food ordering

Order and manage fish, meat, and other food items

Cut and portion meats according to kitchen standards

Understand the ebb and flow of service and adjust staffing or support as needed

Jump into any station to maintain smooth operations

Support and lead kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency

Communicate effectively with both Front of House and Back of House teams

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience in a kitchen setting preferred

Strong knowledge of kitchen stations and food preparation techniques

Experience with ordering and inventory control

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Strong communication and leadership skills

Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
