Server

We are a busy Irish pub located in the heart of downtown Toledo seeking a skilled and friendly server to join our team. As a pub server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience at our pub.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

- Take food and drink orders and enter them into our point-of-sale system

- Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner

- Ensure that customers have everything they need, including condiments, utensils, and napkins

- Respond to customer requests promptly and ensure customer satisfaction

- Keep tables clean and tidy throughout the shift

- Assist with opening and closing duties, as needed

- Maintain knowledge of our food and drink menus and make suggestions to customers

- Follow our health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

- Knowledge of Irish cuisine and beverages is a plus

- Must be able to legally server open container in the state of Ohio
