What You Will Do

As part of a small but mighty collaborative team, an Architectural Technologist works on all aspects of the construction and design process of new construction of mixed-use multi-residential buildings as well as historical revitalization projects

·         Construction-Ready Drawing Packages

·         Quantity Take-offs

·         Maintain sufficient caffeine intake

·         Design Concepts

·         Coordination and Review of drawing sets

·         Site Visits of Projects

·         Building 3D models

·         Participate in full-filled team building activities

·         Collaborate in Procore, Bluebeam and SharePoint

·         Become a part of an open and collective environment

What You Bring to the Table 

·         Architectural or Engineering Technology related diploma

·         Multi-Unit Mixed Use Design

·         AutoCAD and Revit fluency

·         BIM

·         Building Science

·         Thirst for learning

·         Creative and dynamic personality

·         Chameleon of design styles

·         Knowledge of Building Code

·         Passion for construction, design, and interior design

·         Juggling of multiple and pressing deadlines

·         “How can I help?” mentality

·         Solid written and verbal communication

Work Environment

Office based with a high-level of collaboration and open-air environment. There will be routine visits to construction sites, existing properties and events outside of work hours (fun ones of course).
