Join Our Team
We are seeking an Accountant to our growing organization to provide multifunctional support to the finance team including the Chief Finance Officer, Controller, Accounts Payable and Payroll. The Accountant would be responsible for full cycle accounting including month end processing. This position is located in-person at the Association Services Office in St. John's.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, or a Diploma in Accounting, or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
- 3+ years of accounting support experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience with Sage 300 is required
- Experience working with a non-profit
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
- Acceptable Criminal Records Check
