What You Bring:

  • Education & Credentials: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CPHR designation required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in progressive HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and policy development.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal finesse, and a strong problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Human Rights, Provincial Labour Standards, Privacy, and Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Bonus Points: Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification.
