OVERVIEW
The Admissions Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the Admissions Office and serves as a key point of contact for prospective families. The role focuses on visit coordination, application and file management, admissions communications, and general administrative support.
This posting is for an existing full-time vacancy.
· Coordinate prospective student visits and admissions events.
· Provide front‑line administrative and reception support to the Admissions Office.
· Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation in Blackbaud.
· Support admissions communications, including offers and follow‑up correspondence.
· Track and organize immigration documentation for student applicants.
· Assist with the Admissions Ambassadors program and general office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
· College diploma or university degree in a related field.
· 1–3 years of administrative or office experience.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; database experience an asset (Blackbaud preferred).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
· Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance (required).

ANNUAL SALARY $53,000 - $60,000
