🧭 Position Overview

The Weekend Nurse Supervisor serves as the charge nurse and on-site clinical supervisor every Saturday and Sunday. You will oversee nursing operations across our long term care and personal care households, guide STNAs and nursing staff, respond to resident needs, maintain regulatory compliance, and help create a calm, steady, resident-focused environment.

This is an ideal position for an RN/LPN with supervisory or charge nurse experience who enjoys autonomy, teamwork, and leading with confidence and compassion.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the weekend on-site Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse

• Support, coach, and guide STNAs and nursing team members

• Conduct assessments and oversee timely, accurate documentation

• Respond to changes in condition and urgent clinical needs

• Ensure regulatory compliance within our skilled nursing environment

• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Lead staffing, workflow, and decision-making in the household model

• Promote teamwork, dependability, and a person-centered culture

💵 Premium Weekend Pay (Hybrid Baylor Program)

This RN/LPN Weekend Nurse Supervisor role offers enhanced compensation through our Hybrid Baylor weekend program, designed to reward nurses who commit to every weekend.

• Premium Baylor rate applied to all Saturday & Sunday hours

• Substantially increases weekend earning potential

• Hybrid schedule provides full-time status and benefits

(Exact premium structure reviewed during interview.)

📅 Schedule

• Every Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

• To qualify as full-time, Weekend Warriors also work:

  • One additional 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. weekday shift every other week

• Total: 60 scheduled hours per pay period (full-time benefits eligible)

• Consistent, predictable day-shift scheduling

• No rotating weekends

✔️ Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Kentucky (required)

• Supervisory or charge nurse experience required

• Experience in long term care, SNF, or a nursing home setting preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making

• Ability to lead weekend clinical operations confidently and independently
