Group Coordinator
Position Title: Group Coordinator Camp: Pines/Summit
Reports To: Executive Assistant Status: Part-Time
Summary: Group Coordinator will work with pastors, group leaders, and staff to provide guest experience support throughout all camp reservations.
This position is connected to the faith and mission of the camp and moves forward the mission and vision of UCYC.
Responsibilities:
During Program Season:
- Contact in person, via email, and/or phone with pastors, and occasionally parents in a timely manner
- Manage database, resource availability, and pertinent information needed throughout the year
- Organize elements of weekly camps, housing, color teams, rec groups, assignments, etc.
- Communicate with staff about camp program schedules
- Responsible for preparing group signage, and paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
During Group Season:
- Contact in person, via email, and/or phone with pastors, and occasionally parents in a timely manner
- Receive all necessary guest group retreat details
- Enter data into a camp management system
- Responsible for preparing group signage, and paperwork
- Schedule cabin cleaning
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent written and communication skills
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to delegate as needed

- Ability to work independently within the scop of the assignment
