• patrol building interiors and exterior grounds, proactively identifying and addressing concerns
  
  

• respond to incidents professionally and with sound judgement
  
  

• maintain accurate records and reports of all activity and follow standard protocols
  
  

• monitor and uphold all access, visitor, and sign-in procedures
  
  

• communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, staff, and guests
  
  

• assist with emergencies or evacuations and report issues to appropriate leadership
  
  

• support the overall well-being of our community through strong situational awareness
  
  

• high school diploma or GED required
  
  

• valid driver’s license
  
  

• successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
  
  

• previous security, safety, or customer-facing experience preferred
  
  

• strong attention to detail, professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure
