Salary Range: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00/per year + target of 8% bonus
Type of Role: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and inventory management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of solar equipment.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming solar products and materials

• Prepare solar panels and related equipment for shipment or customer pick-up

• Perform sorting, packing, and shipping of inventory

• Assist with loading, unloading, and general handling of goods

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts

• Update inventory and logistics information within internal systems

• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and fulfill orders (non-sales role)

• Support distribution and order processing activities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a careful, methodical manner

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is an asset

• Comfortable with manual work, including moving and handling solar materials

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems

• Forklift experience is an asset; training can be provided

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Mandarin language skills are considered an asset, as this role involves coordination with Mandarin-speaking site teams

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
