Warehouse and Installation Technician

What you will be doing

  • Completing tasks and priorities assigned by the Daily Operations Manager to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals and deadlines 

  • Working in a safe and diligent manner in order to prevent personal injury or product damage to product 

  • Retrieving product that is required for delivery to customers 

  • Ensuring that all product required for the installation is present and signed off when product is loaded, confirming correct items and quantities and that the product is clean and undamaged 

  • Assisting with and performing inventory cycle counts and other inventory counts as required 

  • Depending on business needs, this role is broken up into two parts: Warehouse work of shipping, receiving, and unloading. Part two would be product delivery and installation. 

 

Your Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 1-year experience in a warehouse environment preferred and experience in a project delivery environment is an asset 

  • Must be able to complete tasks, prioritize work, be flexible to work with minimum supervision 

  • Interest and ability to perform strenuous physical activity (lifting up to 75 lbs) safely 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, competently and timely, even under pressure 

  • Experience with a forklift required  

  • Have and maintain a Class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract 

  • You have some mechanical/carpentry aptitude and a willingness to learn and upgrade skills as required
