The ideal candidate will join our team and represent the full BRP lineup: Ski‑Doo, Lynx, Can‑Am Off‑Road, Can‑Am On‑Road, Sea‑Doo, and Switch pontoons.
This is an entry‑level role, designed for enthusiasts who want to learn, grow, and build a sales career in a company that believes this is more than just a job, it's a lifestyle.

Responsibilities
· Build strong customer relationships through knowledgeable, authentic interactions.
· Demonstrate units, provide formal quotes, and complete timely follow-up in Client Link.
· Represent the dealership professionally and participate in marketing, events, demos, and open houses.
· Maintain showroom that showcases the full BRP lineup.
· Manage leads, customer profiles, and communication logs in Client Link.
· Prepare accurate sales paperwork and ensure complete documentation.
· Inspect units before delivery to ensure quality, cleanliness, and PDI completion.
· Work closely with Sales Manager, Marketing, and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
· Maintain strong product knowledge through training and self-study.
Qualifications
· Previous sales experience is not required.
· Knowledge of Powersports is an asset.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Comfort with computers, CRM tools, and paperwork processes.
· A high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
· A commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving industry.
