Warm Up Ring Crew

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Warm-Up Ring Crew to assist with the upkeep of our busy warm-up arenas. As a valued crew member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and organized space for riders and horses. This position requires someone who takes initiative, works efficiently, and is comfortable working in an outdoor,  fast-paced equestrian environment with the ability to lift objects over 50 lbs. Previous experience in an equestrian setting is a plus but not required.

DUTIES:

• Maintain a clean and organized warm-up arena throughout the event.

• Assist with moving and adjusting jumps and rails as needed.

• Ensure jumps and equipment are properly moved for tractor drags.

• Remove horse manure within the warm up arenas  to maintain footing quality 

• Ad hoc duties and collaborative work with other departments as required

West Coast Classic – June 24 to 29

Summer Fort Classic – Aug 11 to 17

Harvest Celebration – Sept 9 to 14

BCHJA Fall Finale – Sept 16 to 21

COMPENSATION:

Starting at $20 an hour
