Warm Up Ring Crew
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Warm-Up Ring Crew to assist with the upkeep of our busy warm-up arenas. As a valued crew member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and organized space for riders and horses. This position requires someone who takes initiative, works efficiently, and is comfortable working in an outdoor, fast-paced equestrian environment with the ability to lift objects over 50 lbs. Previous experience in an equestrian setting is a plus but not required.
DUTIES:
Maintain a clean and organized warm-up arena throughout the event.
Assist with moving and adjusting jumps and rails as needed.
Ensure jumps and equipment are properly moved for tractor drags.
Remove horse manure within the warm up arenas to maintain footing quality
- Ad hoc duties and collaborative work with other departments as required

West Coast Classic – June 24 to 29

Summer Fort Welcome – Aug 5 to 10
Summer Fort Classic – Aug 11 to 17
Harvest Celebration – Sept 9 to 14
BCHJA Fall Finale – Sept 16 to 21
COMPENSATION:
Starting at $20 an hour
