WHAT WE VALUE - AND WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- DO WHAT'S RIGHT. It’s not always neat and tidy. It means taking care of people, the planet and the business. You think it through, talk it out and keep it real. Whether you’re troubleshooting a machine or helping a teammate, you pause, think and act with purpose.
- NEVER HALF ASS IT. We’re on a mission to annihilate mediocrity. You don’t take shortcuts when it comes to quality, safety or consistency. If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing properly.
- CUT THE BULLSHIT. It’s about systems that work without waste, kindness without drama and root-cause thinking over quick fixes. You don’t get distracted by noise. You zero in on the real issues – whether it’s a jammed machine, a process hiccup or a team miscommunication - and work to fix them properly.
- BE REMARKABLE. We’re not here to play it safe or follow the crowd. You bring the magic, not the meh. You take pride in your work – whether it’s doing preventative maintenance or responding to in-the-moment breakdown. You care about quality, and it shows.
- DO IT ALL WITH LOVE. Love? Buck yeah, Love! You make space for joy. You like to laugh at work. You bring good vibes and know that joy fuels great work – even on the busiest days.
