Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Service Receiving Clerk will be responsible for creating service entry sheets for approval. They will work a 5-2 hybrid schedule at the Montreal office.
Duties and responsibilities
•Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental policies and rules at all times;
•Create service entry sheets in SAP. Data entry;
•Follow up on prepared and unapproved entry sheets;
•Ensure good communication with the purchasing and accounting departments;
•Verify recorded information to ensure that data is accurate and complete, detect and correct errors;
•Ensure compliance with accounting and financial rules and policies;
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
•Perform any other tasks related to the Service Receiving Clerk position that are relevant to the success of the project.
Required qualifications
•Hold a vocational diploma in secretarial studies, accounting, office automation, or any other related field;
•Have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role;
•Bilingual, will be required to deal with English-speaking team members (an asset).
Technical skills
•Be comfortable with computer technology;
•Have the ability to handle a large volume of data entry;
•Have knowledge of the company's appropriate processes and procedures;
•Knowledge of various ERP software, including SAP;
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

•Able to work independently;
•Rigorous and confidential;
•Attention to detail;
•Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
