Sales Support Administrator

Matix Lumber is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our sales representatives and customers by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.
The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
- Entering and processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery times, and product inquiries.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Assist with tasks related to store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as required.
The Sales Support Administrator will have:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, administration, or a related role.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with ERP systems (BisTrack experience is an asset).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented approach.
