Location:  McKenzie Corner, 1286 McKenzie Ave, Victoria, BC V8P 5P2

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Part Time Cashier passionate about customer service and great local food to join our Front-End Team! Previous experience in a cash-handling retail environment is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

• Provide superior customer service to exceed customer needs.
• Connect with our customers through great local food.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Efficiently process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
• Bag customer purchases with care.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks.
• Attend to the cleaning and replenishing of the floral area near the till line.
• Remain aware of store products, changes, and seasonal requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• A flair for organization and order in your surroundings.
• The physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, work in a relaxed environment, and lift 25-50 pounds.
• Open availability and a flexible schedule, including 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, and full availability Saturday and Sunday.
